Africa Hot!

So I think it's like a hundred degrees today in Hoboken. Seriously, it's like June or something. Took the kiddos out to the park super early this morning to beat the crowd - like 9:45 or so. And we had a blast. But the heat was a little much. Also, I didn't have the proper foot attire on the kids as I haven't really got them sandles yet. So their little feet were overheating and causing their faces to turn red. We left the park around 11:00 and went to get a vanilla milk shake. Does it get much better than that? I think not. Especially since it's April.

I dressed them up in some outfits they got from grandma and grandpa I think about a year ago. They are just getting into them now. And Jacob's pants are still too long. I probably should have put Jacob in shorts but his knees are all scuffed up from a tumble he took last night when we were running around on the patio outside. Plus, I figured the pants were linen so no biggie. Yup, that's how fancy he is. He's only 20 months and he wears linen pants.
