Fickily Foo

"Mr. Moo's a fickily foo, fickily foo, fickily foo.
Mr. Moo's a fickily foo, a fickily fickily foo. Whoo!"

Just one of the many songs that comes from the mind of Ann Lieberman.
Harvey does a brilliant rendition of it.

Look for other tracks soon that include:
-Mr. Moo & Milky Moo
-Ba Ba Ba Ba Barbara Anne
-Crazy Legs Elephant is Dancing on your chest
-Good morning Mookies
And...
-Mr. Moo's a Stinky Stu

Code Red! Code Red! Cuter than Cute Alert!

Ok, so I didn't think that the twins could get any cuter...and then I dressed them up for Thanksgiving. Holy guacamole they're stylin'. I don't really know what's cuter than cute except for maybe majorly cute. But that just doesn't sound right to describe how lovely these two little cutie patooties looked.

Anyway - Thanksgiving weekend was wonderful. That actual day was tasty, as always. I think my favorite was the stuffing. It's generally always the stuffing. When else do you eat stuffing but on Thanksgiving? Such a treat. We ate way more than we should have, watched some terribly boring football games and looked after the kids - who were in great moods! Grandpa Ira and Grandma Sherry babysat for the wee ones on Friday night and Harv and I went out on the town. We actually managed to see the new James Bond film. Which was action -packed. (I have to admit, that even though the movie was a total thriller/high energy extravaganza - car chases, explosions, knife fights, motor boat craziness - I totally drifted off and fell asleep at parts. And the movie we went to see was at 4:00 people!) That night we went out with my sister and her fiancee and another good friend of mine who just got engaged. Nice work Jonny! We drank and ate. And then slept the night away at my sisters. So we're fully refreshed. Seriously, it's amazing what a full 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep will do for you. A special shout-out to Grandma and Grandpa for giving Harv and I our energy back. Oh yeah, I also got to see my sister's wedding dress. Which was beautiful. OK, I cried when she put it on. But just for a second. I'm a little hormonal. And a mom now.

Here are our cute little babies all dressed up in their Thanksgiving best.

Hope everyone's Turkey day was as good as ours.
XOXO

Babies 1st Thanksgiving

Holy crap.

I just looked at the last time I posted and it was Saturday. But wait a sec. Today is only Thursday. Phew. For a second there I thought today was Saturday and I was all, "Holy crap I haven't blogged for a week. Damn...I been busy." But only realized as I'm typing this that today is Thursday. Turkey day. Woo-hoo.

We are all up in Boston right now. Hanging with Grandma Sherry and Grandpa Ira. Came up here late Tuesday. Good trip up again. The babes slept the whole way. When we got to my parents we fed them in their car seats and just let them sleep there for the evening. Which they did. Which again, was very nice. Last night was a different story. Jacob has become more needy than usual lately and has been demanding that we hold him constantly at night. When we were back in Hoboken the past few nights he would wake up around 4:00 AM crying. I'd pick him up, he'd fall right asleep. But when I went to put him back into his swing he cries. I think cause he's not in my arms. Anyway...to make a long story short, we've been picking him up and bringing him into our bed for the past few nights. We know this needs to stop. And he needs to get out of his swing and into his crib. Just not sure how that is gonna happen.

We sang songs this morning. It was fun. I think Babies first Thanksgiving song went a little something like this:

It's Turkey day
Yay! Yay! Yay!
Hey! Hey! Hey!
Be happy and gay!
But not gay gay. Just happy, hey hey.
We're gonna eat turkey.
But no turkey for Jacob. And no turkey for Mason because you have no teeth.
You have no teeth.
You have no teeth.
You have no teeth and you can't eat any turkey.
Ha ha ha.

I couldn't sing it again if I tried. A one-time only affair.

So here are some pics from last week that I meant to post at some point. I was also going to blog at one point about how I still look preggers. While Harvey and I are up in Boston we are taking advantage of the grandparents baby sitting and are going out Friday night to celebrate with some friends of ours that just got engaged. So I was trying on a bunch of my shirts as I was packing to come up here. And it was just sick. Seriously, I looked totally preggo mc preggers in almost all of them. So it's back to baggy sweaters for now. Luckily it's winter. But I think the first step in getting rid of the belly is 1) stop eating oreos and little bits of chocolate for breakfast 2) start to do some sort of exerciser - like sit-ups or join a gym again. It's been cold out lately -- so much so that I was outside the other night and I started running to the place I was going. As I started running I could feel my butt cheeks flapping up and down. And then I realized, "Damn girlfriend...this body has not been running in I don't know how long." Probably since last February or so. Seriously. I know I just had twins 4 months ago. And some people say how good I look. But my stomach has the flabby blues. And something must be done. But we'll discuss that later.

Ok - so on with the pics.
Will blog later...maybe Sunday...about how Babies first Thanksgiving actually went and the rest of the weekend. I have some cute outfits planned out for them today so stay tuned for gratuitous cute Thanksgiving shots.

And happy Turkey day to all!

Jacob "the terrible" looking oh so lovely and having fun.

"We're having the best time ever. And love each other. And our ducky and cow."

"Ha ha. Jacob just farted."

Things that amaze me...

Mason and Jacob have been in this crazy world now for 113 days! Wow, that's a lot of days. And I guess that means that Harvey and I have been a mom and dad for 113 days which is insane. I think it's kind of starting to sink in. You know, the fact that we have children...responsibilities. And they're not going anywhere anytime soon.

Quick update -- kids are doing splendidly. They are doing great on their new schedule. Some nights they barely wake - other nights, not so good. Jacob has most certainly improved all around. Although he continues to be extremely needy and insecure. Which is good and bad. Good - because he is so damn sweet and cute and such a little snuggle bug. Bad - because I can't put him down. Thursday night he was up the entire night. No joke. He wouldn't sleep anywhere. Not the swing. Not the crib. He would only sleep next to me while I held him. So I did. And he was cute. We just don't want to make this a habit.

So here's a quick list of things that continue to amaze me about Jake & Mase and just motherhood in general:

Snaps! Snaps! Snaps!
There are snaps on everything. I've never snapped so many snaps in my entire life as I have the past 16 weeks. If you can't snap, then you can't be a mom.

Spit-up
These kids spit up all the time. Generally after their feedings. And it's a lot. But it's not like when we spit up. I guess I was kind of thinking it sucks for them because it's sort of like vomiting when you have a hangover or something. But it's not. They don't even care. Except this one time when Jakey spit up threw his nose. That stung.

5AM call times
Again, I think I've slept less than I ever have. But I'm kind of getting used to it. Which is weird in itself. Who woulda thunk I would be getting up in the 5s every day? Not this mother. No way Jose. Only insane people get up at 5 - like my mother, my sister and my friends Gina and Margaux. And then those that have babies.

John-Jacob-Jingle-Heimer-Smith
"His name is my name too. Whenever we go out. The people always shout. There goes John-Jacob-Jingle-Heimer-Smith. LA LA LA LA LA LA LA!!"
I swear, the songs that you pull out of your ass that are stored in the depths of your memory are amazing. I think I last sang that song in 1981 at Camp Sewataro. Wow. The kids love it though. So that makes it OK. I think.

Luxurious Free Time
These days I barely have time to pee in the toilet (as you might have read in a previous post) so what the heck did I do before I had kids? I mean, I must have had so much free time and I didn't even realize it. Took it for granted. For sure. I want to publicly apologize to my free time and let it know that if it ever decided to come back I promise to recognize and appreciate it for the luxury it is.

No grudges
Babies don't hold grudges. Which is awesome. One minute Mase and Jake will be screaming for their bottles. Howling like you would not believe. "Mommy...mommy...why do you HATE US SO MUCH!! We are hungry. Give us our bottles NOWWWWWWW." But then it like 10 minutes they're all happy and full and smiling at you, like nothing ever happened. It's great. I like the smiling times.

Baby Brain
I know before I had "baby brain" I had "pregnancy brain" which is sort of the same...although I don't think quite as severe. But sometimes I literally feel like I've lost my mind. I have to write everything down. Everything! I'll walk into a room and forget why I went in there. I'll run next door to A & P to buy one thing and come back with another. I'm assuming it's baby brain. Only time will tell I guess.

There are a gazillion other things that amaze me about my babies and motherhood, but those are the ones off the top of my head this morning...OK, gonna go get another cup of decaf. (YES! amazingly I'm still drinking decaf -- although I'll have regular sparingly when I'm in dire need of energy.) The kids and my *husband should be waking up from their naps soon. :)

*So I don't sound nasty, he was, in fact up with Mason last night for a couple hours and got up at 4:30 with Jake this morning letting me sleep. What a guy! Seriously, Harv is like, the best dad ever.

Ahhhhh

This pic was taken at approximately 7:45 this morning. It's Jacob and Mason's mid morning nap. Or, actually more like their early morning nap. But if you get up at 5AM, it's actually mid morning. I think. And this is when I usually try to sneak in a shower and wash a few bottles. Email, blog, fantasy football...you know, try and do my adult things.

Ahhhhh. (Again) This is a rare family photo taken on Monday night. It was actually taken by Harv. I bet you didn't know what long arms he has. Mason looks like she's up to no good here. Tee hee. Probably gave Jacob a wedgie and he doesn't even know it yet.

These Ahhhhh moments are what make all the sleepless nights, crying tirades, and farty poopy diapers all worth it.

Yes, I need to go wash some bottles before the next feed. Over and out.

Sleep Disorder

Here's how the conversation went this morning at 7am:
Harvey: "I see you're with the kids. Sorry I didn't come to help when Jacob was crying at 5am this morning."
Ann: "You mean 11:30 last night."
Harvey: "No. I heard him crying at 5am and saw you get up to deal with him."
Ann: "Yes, but he also woke up at 11:30 and was screaming the house down. Didn't you hear him? It was the worst ever!"
Harvey: "No. I slept through the whole thing."

So, it appears that daddy's pseudo-narcolepsy has returned. I've always managed to fall asleep quickly to the point where I have done it both in mid-conversation and whilst eating (it's true!) but I never thought I could sleep through my children crying at night. Is it just me or is this one of the things that dads do which annoy moms. Do we not have the same emotional bond with our children?! What kind of a man can sleep through the cries of a baby?
Apparently this one.

Pacifier Heaven

Just a short video to show how the pacifier got its name and why we parents love it so much.

My Little Poopers

Yeah sure, all babies poop. I know. But not like these guys. This morning after their 6AM feed, Jacob and Mason pooped in unison. I swear, they were both quiet for a second and then I heard a symphony of squelches coming from their underside. Of course I let them sit in it for a bit while I had Mr. Crazy Legs Elephant dance on their chests just to make sure it was all out. Mason's was pretty status quo - all yellow and grainy and caraway seed like. But Sir Galahad's was impressive. I swear his diaper must have weighed more than he did.

Weekend was awesome. The kids were both really good and we had tons of fun.

Notable notables from the weekend:

-We tried to get Jacob out of the swing and into his crib on Saturday night. Didn't work out so well. He was exhausted by the time he went to bed because we've been doing this thing with him lately where we keep him up from his 4:30 feed all the way to when we put him down at 7:30. So...we put him down arms unswaddled, so we could lay him on his side in his crib. And he slept there for a good 2 1/2 hours. But when he woke, he let us have it! So after about an hour we ended up swaddling him up the old fashioned way (arms in ) and put him down in his swing. Like he likes it. If anyone readers out there had their infants sleeping in a swing I would love to know how you got them back into the crib. Really. I would love it. Call or email me immediately.

-Harvey and I discussed what we're going to do about child care when I go back to work in 2 1/2 months. Oy. This is a big one. So big that it actually deserves its own post. So I'll save it for another time. Lets just say this won't be easy.

-Harvey and I canceled our Netflix. I know. Very sad. But we've had the same 3 movies for about 3 months now. Plus we have enough stuff recorded on the DVR to last us a lifetime. We figure if we ever want to rent a movie, there's a 99 cents machine next door next in the A & P.

-My good friends Josh & Penny came over with their 2 year old daughter, Audrey. It was great to see them. It's been a while. The weird thing about their visit was that they came over at 9:30AM on Sunday. Yes, I said 9:30. In the morning time! It's funny how your time perspectives change when you have kids. Also, Josh and I noticed that between the two of us (we're both copywriters) we had 3 ads in the most recent copy of Parents magazine which I had on my coffee table - Children's Motrin, Dreft and Luvs. How proud we were. :)

-My sister got a wedding dress this weekend. Yeah for Aunt Jennie! We can't wait to see it.

-I realized that Mason smiled for the cell phone camera on demand. It is so damn cute. Now if I can only get her to do it for the big camera.

-And the last notable notable about the weekend is that Harv and I had baked potatos topped with home made chili for dinner last night. That's right. They were delish.

I'm excited cause Harvey has off from work today. Yeah! Long weekend. Should be an awesome day.

Here are some weekend pics:

Look how big and cuter we're getting.

4 AM what???

OK, so the past 2 nights Jacob has decided that his new wakey up time is 4 AM. Maybe 4:15. Mason joined him on Wednesday night. Not cool. Not sure what's going on, but these kids are up and want to hang out at that ridiculous hour. Harvey and I were able to hold them off for about an hour and a half the Thursday morning. I took Jacob and held him and we napped in our bed. Harvey took Mason and they napped on the couch. So that made things a bit more manageable. But I'm telling you - getting up at 4AM makes for a very long day.

Not too much to report on the past week. It was a pretty good week. Jacob is WAY better but still gets crazy between 6:00-8:00 or so. But what are you gonna do. Hopefully the little guy will grow out of it soon. Mason was a little crazy yesterday -- crying for most of the morning. I thought maybe she might be teething but not sure.

I think I'm getting fatter. Which sucks. But it's probably from the sleeves of Oreos I've been eating. And the Stone Cold Creamery pints of ice cream at night. The Oreos are just convenient. It's easy to down them. They taste so good once they touch the lips. And the ice cream is like a little treat after dinner. I feel like I need to reward myself for my harrowing day. But I've been doing this thing lately where I carry the kids in front of the mirror and show them themselves. I point to Mason and say her name, "Mason". Then I point to me and say "Mommy". And go back and forth and wave to them. But lately I've also been noticing my belly sticking out. So it goes something like, "Mason" , "Mommy" , "Mommy's belly". Eh, we'll see. It's not that I've been eating a lot. But I think rather it's the items I've been choosing to eat. Hopefully I'll be able to get back to the gym at some point soon.

But enough about me...

I should go now. I have lots of important mother things to do. Youknowsit.

Hats! Hats! Hats!

The cutest hats ever arrived special delivery from England the other day. A big thanks to Aunt Melinda, Uncle Chris and big cousin Lewis. These hats make people like us even more than they did before. Hard to believe but it makes us even cuter. Like that's possible.

Weekend Cutie Patooties

An awesome weekend was had by all. Especially because Aunt Jennie was in town. We did the usual activities and had a few photo shoots. Speaking of photo shoots I can't stop taking pictures. Dunno why. Well, I do know why. It's because the kids are so damn cute I can't resist taking, like, at least 20 shots a day. No joke. I mean, I only post a selected few - but my memory on my computer is slowly being depleted. Which is fine. I just don't know when I turned into this crazy picture taking mama. If you have kids...you'll get the bug. They probably won't be as cute as Harvey and mine, but you'll still take tons o' pics. You just watch.

So other highlights from the weekend:

-My mom got me the book "The Best Baby on the Block" and I read it in one sitting. Great book. It's funny cause we had already been doing most of the stuff in the book that is suppose to unleash the great "calming reflex" in your crying baby. We just hadn't been doing all the stuff in that combination. But we tried it out on young Jacob - during his witching hour and it really worked splendidly. Really.

-We started a new feeding / sleeping schedule on Friday night. It essentially consists of them waking between 5-6 in the morning. (I wish it could be btwn 6-7, but I'll take 5 for now.) They feed every 4 hours during the day - and then feed every day at 4:30 regardless of when they were fed before and then their last feed is at 7:30 and then they go down to sleep. We also wake them around 12:30 to feed them. So in a typical day they feed - 6AM, 10AM, 2PM, 4:30PM, 7:30PM, 12:30 in the evening and then the hope is for them to sleep until 5-6. Eventually hoping to drop off that midnight feeding. Sorry to bore you with all this feeding schedule garbage. Especially if you don't have kids, in which case you've probably skipped over this long ass bullet point and aren't even reading this.

-We put the second crib up and reorganized the nursery a little bit. Jacob is still sleeping in his swing but the hope is to get the little guy into the crib soon. One thing at a time though - gonna try and establish the new feeding schedule first.

-Mason almost rolled over on Saturday afternoon. She was in the rainforest cafe - doing tummy time with Aunt Jennie. She almost rolled. I swear.

-I wore one of my pre-pregnancy bras on Saturday. Not sure how well it really fit. I kinda felt like I was busting out. But it was kinda tight and held me in which was nice and supportive. My maternity/nursing bras are definitely too big on me at the moment. Think I might need to by some new bras. Joy.

-I had some weird, long hair growing out of my face. And my sister Jennie noticed. Which I'm not complaining about, trust me. All of a sudden she says, "OMG Ann, you have a long whisker!" I think we pulled it out. But I can't be sure. I blame it on the kids - never had whiskers before. And if I did, I definitely would have had enough time to find it in the mirror and pull it out.

Some pics taken this past weekend:

Baby spasm

A couple of weeks ago I got up early with the twins and let mommy sleep in. After the three of us had played together for a couple of hours, Mason and Jacob started to get tired (but daddy still wanted to play!) Mason fell asleep in her swing and Jacob eventually snoozed off in his bouncy seat. The bouncy seat was still on and primed to start spewing out rainforest sounds and moving monkeys as soon as any part of it was touched. As you can see from the video below, Jacob often has spasms in his sleep. After watching him do this a few times I caught one on tape for your enjoyment. Every time he spasmed he'd start the damn rainforest chair off again. Eventually this subconscious stimulation was too much for him and he woke up. Screaming.

Damn you i-Dog. Damn you!

So the kids woke up this morning at 5:30. I was able to hold them off until about 6:00 for their morning feed. Which was good. So they finish their feed round about 6:30 and then we play. I sing to them made-up songs - off the cuff - that have nothing but the word "giraffe" in them and they laugh. I swear, my songs are so bad. But they seem to like them so that's all that matters.

Anyway, we play and sing for another half hour or so and I notice the kids are starting to fall asleep. Yay, I secretly think to myself. Maybe they'll go back down. So I can go back down. Or catch up on my email. Or make some breakfast. Or take a shower....something. So I go get the i-Dog from the other room and put on their favorite "Bedtime with the Beatles" and I continue to watch them fall asleep. (for those who do not know what an i-dog is, it's basically a little speaker that's also a dog that you can plug your ipod into and it plays music.)

That does the trick. They are sleeping away. I slowly get up and start to slink away when all of a sudden the i-dog starts barking like crazy. What the $%&*! I quickly run over and push some buttons to make him stop, but he continues barking like an i-dog on crack. Obviously, some sort of i-dog malfunction. But wouldn't you know it...Jacob wakes up. "What's going on? Why is their a mechanical dog barking in my ear?" Jacob screamed.

So thus went my morning. He eventually went back to sleep. Me laying next to him. And I fell asleep too for an hour or so. So Mason, Jacob and I all had our mid morning nap together. Ahhhh...

Weekend was great. Will post about it when I have more time. Also took tons of cool pics with Aunt Jennie.

OK - late for the 2:00 feed already. Smell you all later.

Short short

Just wanted to write a quickie.
My sister surprised me and came in a day early to visit me and the boogers for the weekend. Yeah!!!! It was so nice. I mean, really nice. I thought she wasn't going to be here until late Friday night - but Thursday night she arrived. Apparently she and Harvey had done some scheming. I know it sounds lame that I am/was so excited but that meant that she was here to help me out on Friday. And my days are always better when someone else is around. And the kids really like their Aunt Jennie a lot. As do I. Plus, it's really nice to have another adult around to talk to during the day.

Never underestimate the power of 2. When there are 2 babies to take care of.

So yesterday was fun. We hung out. Took care of the babes. Went for a walk. Was in bed early...(me and the babies) but then again we all (Jennie, myself and the kids) got up at about 4:00AM because of crazy Jacob. Now we're getting ready to go look for wedding dresses for Aunt Jennie. Yeah wedding dresses. Ok - more later.

PS
Harvey has a bad cold. So I won't let him near the kids. (which is why he isn't mentioned in the getting up and taking care of the kids) And he needs his rest because he's worn down. Plus he's kind of old. But I love him. He's my Harvey.

The future is bright...and full of poo

I tried explaining to the kids what a historic election this was the other day. Tried telling them that their future just got a gazillion times brighter, and tried to tell Jake that if he plays his cards right, there's a chance he could woo Natasha Obama one day, but he'll need to quit all his screaming and carrying on. They didn't care much I'm afraid. They were way more interested in "crazy legs giraffe" than Obama. They didn't even want to watch Oprah's post election special...the nerve.

The past few days have been pretty good. No major complaints. Jake has been regressing a little bit the past couple nights, waking up and just wanting to be held. So we have to fix that, but besides that everything is progressing.

Oh yeah, a couple things...

Jacob pooped up his back the other day. (pre-election). Not sure how. But I went to pick him up and my whole forearm was covered with poo. I knew he had pooped. Cause he smelled bad. Thus the reason I picked him up. But how the poop went all the way up to his back and almost to his neck, I have absolutely NO idea. But it was a definite feat.

Mason turned on her friends the other day. (also pre-election). She absolutely loves the butterfly stickers on the wall near the changing table. She loves Pooh bear, Tigger, Piglet and Eyeore on her mobile. And she loves the fishies hanging above her swing. But not on Monday. Not sure what crossed her that morning, but she was totally pissed off at ALL of her friends and was barking at them. No love for fishies, Winnie and the gang or the butterfly stickers near the changing table. Thank goodness that all changed once Barack Obama was elected president. Mason and her friends now love each other again. Ahhhh.

The actual election day was fun. We met Aunt Mya -- took a walk round Hoboken and then I went to vote. Made history yo. Oh yeah, another funny note - is Mya, the kids and I went into "The Romantic Depot" as Mya had to get some supplies for a bachlorette party she's attending on Saturday. But I couldn't bring the kids in because you have to be 18 or older to enter the store. Really. We had to wait at the front. Mason was very upset.

Anyway - here are some more pics from the past couple days - they include more twin love time, tummy time, and boppy time. Oh yeah, also included "crazy legs giraffe" for your viewing pleasure.

3 is the Magic Number

At least that's what I was told. "Oh...you just wait until they are 3 months old...everything will change."

Well, believe it or not, the kiddos were officially 3 months old on Saturday. I thought maybe something magical would happen over night. Like some sort of baby puberty or right of passage or something. But I have to report, things are still pretty much the same. There was no magic. There was no change. But maybe we just need to wait a little bit longer, I mean it was JUST Saturday that the kids were 3 months old. Maybe our magical number is 3.2 or 3.7...do I hear a 4 out there?

Weekend was pretty good. Saturday night we did a little feeding experiment that back fired on us horribly. These days we've been putting the kids down anywhere from 7:00-9:00 at night. And they've been doing really well, usually sleeping for a good 5-6 hours. (so if we put them down at 8:00 they won't wake until 1:30 or 2:00) which is pretty awesome. But we thought, well, if we wake them at midnight - feed them - then they won't wake again until 6:00 or 7:00 AM...right? Wrong. It was hard to wake them at midnight - they barely ate - it was hard to then get them back to sleep - and then they woke up in 3-4 hours - not sleeping until 6 or 7 at all. Also, we tried taking Jacob off his meds thinking about the power of 3 months old. Bad idea. Saturday was just a bad night for the kids all around.

But I have to say I have the bestest husband in all the land. Not only did he buy me a foot massage machine last week. Yes, you heard me right ladies-- a foot massage machine - but Sunday morning he took the monitor out of the bedroom whilst I was sleeping, and was up since 5:00 am taking care of the kids. I think I slept in until 8:00. I know, sounds lame and early - but 8:00 to a mom of infants is the equivalent of when I used to sleep until 3:00 in the afternoon when I was in college. Or just a year ago before we had kids. Ha ha ha ha. Thanks Harvey! I really do appreciate it. And I love you so much. But you already knew that.

Other notable happenings from the weekend --
-We took them out to McSwiggens again on Saturday. Had some drinks and food and sat outside while they slept. However Jacob woke at one point so we had to feed him and then get going...so we could feed Mason at home because it was getting a little bit cold out. I was on my second bloody mary -- but only had a couple sips out of it. I thought a shame to waste it so actually asked Harvey to ask the waitress if we could have a plastic to-go cup. What a dummy I was. The bloody mary was really good though, that's why I had ordered a second.

-Jake continues to enjoy his bouncey rainforest seat. Which is awesome.

-Our TV broke. We need to get a new one. A better one. I have a feeling we could be entering the world of hi-def.

-I officially stopped giving the kids the boob. I returned the breast pump I was renting. Which is cool. It was a good experience but it just got to be too much. Plus Jake with his sensitive stomach, the pediatrician told me if I was going to continue breast feeding him I needed to give up all dairy and nuts out of my diet. Yikes.

-Jake helped me pick my line-up for fantasy football this week. Although I have to say he didn't really do that good of a job. All his picks were shit. Next week I'm going to have to try Mason. She should do better than her brother - I'm sure of it.

So here are a few shots from Sunday. Enjoy. And happy Monday.

"Hello boys...what can I do for you today?"

Weekend Wear - ready for the Pats game Sunday night. Shame they had to go ahead and lose really.
