What? Yup. The little shits are 1 1/2 years. Can you even stand it?
Personally, I can't believe it. It's gone by too fast. Although some days it goes by too slow. I actually can't believe that I've been a mom for 18 months. What's happened to me?
Funny story...as I think I had mentioned before my new years resolution was to stop swearing in front of the kids. You know because they are really mimicking now and starting to say all sorts of stuff and I really don't want their first word to be "Fuck". Or "Asshole". So, I've really been making a concerted effort not to use bad language in front of them. But I still need to express myself so I've resorted to saying things like, "Sugar!" or "Darn" or "F" that. You get the picture.
Well last week I was out with one of my mom friends, I think we were picking up stuff at babies r us or something -- anyway, I said something like, "Wow. Are you serious? I don't "f"ing believe it!" But I really said "effing". Like the letter "F". Like the way I would say it if the kids were around. And she was like, "Um...can we talk normal when we're not with the kids?" HA. It suddenly made me think, "Oh-My-God! What's happened to me?" I can't go out with any of my non-mom friends. What if I say "sugar" or "god darn it". I'll sound like a total loser.
But oh well. It's worth it. As you can see from the pics below. They only get cuter.
Happy 18 month old birthday Mason and Jacob. I love ya!! But you already knew that.

Mason and her new way to ride her car how you're not supposed to do it.
I told you...he's very advanced.

Having the best time ever at a birthday party this weekend at "The Little Gym" in Jersey City.

Stylin'. As she does. She really didn't want any part of me at this party. And she's only 18 months.
What a grown up. Looks like she was eating pizza, but she was really only gnawing
on the crust.
Now this guy ate 2 slices and a ginourmous piece of birthday cake. That's my boy.
