Uncle!

I give up.

I can't believe that my last entry was from October when Mason lost her 2nd tooth. A lot has happened since October people. Mason has lost 5 teeth already for starters. I got a new niece, Harper Leigh Malafey, born on October 23, 2015. Skye turned 3 and finished her first year of preschool. Oh yeah, and she got her tonsils out. Jacob and Mason finished first grade and totally learned how to read. It's truly amazing. Jacob did a year of cub scouts and had a blast. Cub scouts always kind of gave me the creeps but things have changed. I think. Mason was a Daisy again, sold girl scout cookies. I was the cookie mom. No, I'm not shitting you. I'm very active. Mason also fell in love with gymnastics. She's always happy jumping on something, hanging upside down, swinging or lifting herself onto something she's not supposed to. She's got an $800 one-handed cartwheel and I'm her biggest fan. She works so hard and never ceases to amaze me. We took a family trip to "Great Wolf Lodge". It's like Vegas for kids. Chuck-E-Cheese on steroids. It's insane. But the kids had an absolute blast and continually ask to go back. We had a horrific winter. The Patriots beat the Seahawks winning the Superbowl on an astounding pic by Malcolm Butler off Russell Wilson in the closing seconds of regulation. Yes, they had Marshawn Lynch. And yes, they were close to the endzone. Real close. Skye also got her first hair cute shortly after her 3rd birthday. I'm out of breath. That's a lot of happenings.

We're about 3 weeks into summer and I'm loving it. Most of the time. I barely signed the kids up for anything this year in the hopes of a more relaxing, play it by ear kind of summer. I hate being slave to the schedule. Running here. Running there. It's the worst. So far, summer is great. We've been going to the Res. Hanging with friends at various pools. Skye is a little fish. Her swim lessons at the Y totally paid off. Even if we only went to 50% of them. She loves swimming.

One other notable notable is that Jacob and Mason have learned to ride their bikes without training wheels. Totally awesome accomplishment and one of our goals for the summer to check off. Harvey ran along side them and really was the one who taught them to be brave and do it. I think that should be a nomination for Father of the Year.  For the record they are both 6, soon-to-be 7.

I don't think I can continue this blog though. I'd love to. But I never have the time anymore. It was great in the beginning with Jacob and Mason. But #3 has just pushed it over the edge. No offence Boo-boo. But you are 3. And completely unreasonable. I have no time. So I started another blog - The Suburbs Are Weird. Check it.

Unfortunately, I can't handle 2 blogs, 3 kids, a Brit an admiration for Tom Brady and a winning fantasy football team at once. I think it's time. So for now I say, Adieu. Thanks for reading. Uncle!

Pics October 2014 - July 2015

Since I sucked at keeping up with this blog, I've made a selection of 45 pics or so that sum up happenings from my last entry until now. I know. You are as excited as I am. Well, you sort of should be. My kids are still really really cute. Duuuh.

Mason's 2nd lost tooth!

Mason Ruby Lieberman's 2nd tooth came out shortly after the first one. And two adult teeth have already popped up in the missing teeth's places. She still looks super cute.  Awwww.

The littlest gymnast

Mason switched gyms this year and is now taking gymnastics at Breystans. Which is a serious gym in Burlington. Move over little gym....something bigger is here!

It is a serious class and she has learned so much in just the past 7 weeks. Her cartwheel is much improved. She's climbing a proper gym rope. She's backbending all over the place. And she's working on her handstand. I'm impressed. No doubt.

Just Boo being Boo

I just HAD to post these. No special reason. No good story. Just these shots. Of Boo being Boo.
